Abstract

In an effort to strengthen both internal, employee level, cohesion, and external, partnership, clarity, we recommend implementing a monthly internal newsletter to share updates across departments, along with a streamlined external version for partners. These tools would help to unify PROMESA’s messaging, improve collaboration, and better communicate its diverse initiatives. Clarifying PROMESA’s brand identity will not only support organizational effectiveness but also expand its ability to advance environmental education and sustainable waste management throughout Mexico City.
