Abstract
The purpose of this manual is to make sure that all of our Champions provide the same, high level of customer service. At BanaPads, outstanding customer service is our priority. This is what sets us apart from other companies that sell sanitary pads. We want to make sure that every one of our Champions is able to reach this standard of excellence.
This manual should equip you with all the skills necessary to successfully sell pads, as well as train you in the basic principles of sales. We do not expect our Champions to have prior sales experience, so this manual will outline all of the skills necessary to be confident in sales.
