Abstract

Elevate Tutoring needed a platform for both program managers to do their daily scheduling tasks and tutors to submit data such as unavailability times. The solution was a Salesforce web application fully customized for completing tasks such as handling tutor profiles, viewing shifts in calendar layout, and other operational functions. This report describes my design for this project as well as the rationale behind my design choice.
