Abstract
Urban Habitat is a non-profit organization dedicated to the pursuit of justice in the California Bay Area. For an organization that operates exclusively by donations, an easily accessible, compelling platform is a necessity. Through examining comparable websites and considering desirable web standards, the Urban Habitat website can be transformed for the benefit of itself and its users. By prioritizing accessibility during the web development process, the potential of universal design principles is demonstrated.
