Abstract

Renting, especially for first time renters, can be a difficult process to manage. From finding a group, to managing logistics and finances, to looking for subleasers, there does not exist a product looking to tackle all these problems in one solution. Frontdoor is web and mobile application with the objective streamlining all aspects of renting. With featured utilities such as our proprietary rent calculator and task manager, house management becomes easier. Our feed view keeps each tenant aware of what other tenants are saying concerning the house. They can choose from a list of post options to keep those living in the house connected. This is an app that can benefit the renting experience for both tenants and landlords by targeting the problems mentioned above as well as ways to pay rent and utilities and advertise rent opportunities.
