Abstract
This past year and a half has presented us with what many describe as times unprecedented. While we have learned to grow accustomed to this new normal and quickly adapt to changing circumstances, it has left many of us, myself included, feeling numb and desensitized. My piece is an aural depiction of this feeling, and was created as a means to remind everyone to keep in touch with their mental health and wellbeing. For most, this time online has created stressful and frustrating polarizations in many aspects of our previous lifestyles. So it is important to not lose sight of yourself, while continuously working towards unlearning the hate and disinformation some were taught to naively embrace.
