Abstract
Internationalizing services is a pivotal strategy for continuous business growth (Lommelen/Matthyssens 2005). The MARIS method supports services managers in systematizing their internationalization efforts by providing six intertwined method components that can be tailored to match the specific challenges of an internationalization project (see Figure 1).
