Premiered by the Stanford Laptop Orchestra (SLOrk) on April 29, 2010 (chamber version with six laptops), and June 2, 2010 (full ensemble version). The MaxMSP patch developed for composition and performance of this piece can be found here. This patch was later improved and gave origin to Catork, which you can download and use for free to create your own laptop orchestra pieces. All this work is based on CataRT by Diemo Schwarz, IMTR Team, Ircam-Centre Pompidou, and collaborators. All sound production is in fact done with CataRT. My patch is simply an interface that facilitates a particular approach of using CataRT. You can watch a video recording of the full version here.
