Abstract
Over the past few months, I have used some of the extra time to focus on balancing myself. Recently, I decided to join an art studio where I began making pottery: something that I loved to do in high school. The extra time from quarantine and being distanced from people gave me a chance to get back into something that I really enjoy doing and it also allowed me to have a creative outlet from all of the hours I would spend on the screen. It was a way for me to get in touch with clay and become grounded.
